MCO stands for Messenger Content Object.
An MCO file is a CAB file containing MSN Messenger/ Windows Live Messenger content (custom emoticons, winks, display pictures, backgrounds, deluxe display pictures and dynamic backgrounds) together with some information (in the file content.xml) to allow the content to be installed into MSN Messenger/ Windows Live Messenger.

- Select menu Content - Add Emoticons (You can also add display pictures and backgrounds together)
- When you are done adding contents, save the MCO file anywhere (You can delete the file later after you install it)

How do I uninstall/remove ConCon MCO Editor?
Simply delete its folder. ConCon MCO Editor does not leave any junks in any other folders.
The short answer is: You can't.
You need a digital signature (stamp) to create a dynamic content (wink, dynamic background, or deluxe display picture) to be installed on MSN Messenger/ Windows Live Messenger. You will have to buy this stamp from Microsoft.
If you cannot install it at all
If validation does not give you any warnings, and your MCO file size is more than 5MB, try this:
1. Remove half of the items in the MCO, and install (hopefully this will reduce file size and MSN will let you install it)
2. Close (do not save), and reopen, remove the other half, and install it.
If you can install some part of it
Note the last item in the MCO that was successfully installed (assuming the default sort order if you open it in ConCon MCO Editor). Try removing the next item and install it.
