  • Unicode support
Requirements:
  • Windows 2000/XP or above (may work on NT, let me know)
  • Flash Player (if not sure, try sending a wink in Messenger)
  • Does not require MSN Messenger/ Windows Live Messenger to view/edit/create MCO files

Installation instruction:
No installation. Simply extract and run.
